Jumpbooster Product Warranty.
Jumpbooster offers a 30 day return policy for unused products returned with the original packaging.
Jumpbooster offers a 12 month repair or replacement warranty on our products.
Warranty is not covered in any instance if the product has been found to be abused or neglected or not being used as intended and designed for.
The warranty is valid for product failure due to parts failure under normal working conditions.
First 12 Months Warranty.
All of our products unless specified offer a 12 month repair or replace warranty. Warranty claims approved within the first 12 months will have shipping paid by Jumpbooster.
Extra 2 Years Pro Rata warranty
Jumpbooster also offers an extra 2 years Pro-Rata Warranty on selected products. In some instances the manufacturers warranty may exceed this warranty. In that case the manufactures warranty will supersede the Jumpbooster warranty.
The pro-rata warranty is offered in these categories.
Jump Starter Range, Supercapacitor Starting Modules.
All other ranges of products will be offered at the manufacturers warranty terms.
Between 1 and 2 years
If the product fails between 12 months and 2 years of purchase, Jumpbooster will repair the product at a cost to the customer of 50% of the incurred repair and postage cost. If the product need replacing, Jumpbooster will replace the product for 50% of the cost of a new same or similar item.
Between 2 and 3 years
If the product fails between 2 and 3 years after purchase, Jumpbooster will repair the product at a cost to the customer of 75% of the incurred repair and postage cost.
If the product needs replacing, Jumpbooster will replace the product for 75% of the cost of a new same or similar item.
Pro-Rata Warranty Shipping.
Customers are to return the product to Jumpbooster for assessment at their own cost. If the product is deemed to be faulty and falls within the Pro-Rata Warranty terms, a partial credit for the customer shipping costs will be added to the invoice in line with the Pro-Rata Warranty.
If the product is faulty from abuse or neglect, the cost of repair and postage will be billed to the customer before returning the repaired or replaced product.
